Upgrading all packages with pip using python script.

Can be done under Windows OS with this python script :
C:\Python27>python.exe

The Windows will need to have the Script path folder into enviroment variables: C:\Python27\Scripts.
If you use Linux OS shell then you can use this :
pip freeze --local | grep -v '^\-e' | cut -d = -f 1  | xargs -n1 pip install -U

Also works under OSX, but users have to be aware that it also updates core python 2.7 libraries which are used for some OS functionalities.
